The Boise Brotherhood is a community that aims to support men in reconnecting with their authentic selves, embracing their masculinity in healthy ways, and fostering brotherhood and support among men. Our general mission is to provide spaces, workshops, and experiences where men can explore their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, and reclaim positive aspects of masculinity, empowering men to live more fulfilling and purposeful lives while contributing positively to their communities.

Somatic Breathwork is a new modality to the Treasure Valley that deeply connects you with your body, your emotions, and your sensations. Traditional talk therapy works with the mind whereas Somatic Breathwork helps you connect with the intelligence of your body.
